Protect My WP is a digital product. Once you've purchased and received your reader link, you have access to the full contents of the book, which makes refunds tricky in the same way they are for any digital download.
The general rule
Digital products can't be refunded once access has been granted. By completing the purchase you acknowledge this.
If something's actually broken
If you bought the book and you can't access it (the email never arrived, the link doesn't work, the reader is broken, anything along those lines), that's our problem, not yours. Email [email protected] and we'll fix it. We won't leave you stuck.
If the fix isn't possible for some reason, we'll refund you in full.
Disputes via Stripe
If you'd rather raise a dispute directly with Stripe rather than email us, that's your right. Stripe handles the process and we'll respond to whatever they ask for.
