Who wrote this

I have spent years looking after WordPress sites for agencies, freelancers, and in house teams. A lot of that work has been multi site hosting, setting up servers that need to handle dozens of client sites at once, standardising security across them, and building the routines that stop the whole thing becoming a weekly crisis.
